I visited this dealership to collect an approved used Golf that I had not seen before arriving.The car was immaculately presented and I was really appreciative of the time taken to prepare the vehicle ready for me to drive back to West Yorkshire on the same day.The transaction was seamless and Mike George, the manager of the dealership, showed great professionalism and courtesy in making everything right for the customer. A follow-up call on my journey home was a really nice touch.Even though the dealership is some 200 miles away from where I live it offers great prices for cars with excellent specifications and I hope to return one day. Meanwhile, I'll continue to enjoy the car sold to me by Mike and his team.
Truly useless garage avoid if looking to purchase. Staff friendly at first but are not when dealing with any sort of issue. Also will not honour agreements you make with them. No where near the service at other vw dealerships. Flat out avoid and travel to another dealer!
Took a vehicle in for MOT today.Saw the sign outside advertising MOT for 39, all makes and models, (which I have now photographed and posted below) -and so was surprised to get a bill for 54.85.I questioned this with the receptionist and she said that was for Saturdays only. Errrrr - except I took another car in last Friday ( clearly not a Saturday according to the date) -and the bill was for 39 as advertised. I asked to see the manager, but whilst waiting, I spoke to someone else in reception who said he thought that sign had been removed. Then I met the manager. He said 54.85 was the correct price and the 39 only applies if it's a VW and is a special offer if combined with a service - on Saturdays - which it doesn't say on the sign at all. His view was largely that 54.85 was the correct price and T's and C's apply.Think they make it up as they go along and clearly nobody there can come up with the same answer but try to wing it contravening Advertising Standards and Trade Description Acts. Total Con men in my experience.
Small local VAG dealer branch, neither helpful nor unhelpful. Really only interested in new car buyers and you'd probably pay top dealer rates for service.
