Poor service been with surgery 18 years never hardly go to doctors when to after making appitoment 3 weeks ago.and wait an hour past my 're to see someone
I had an interview with students regarding my daughters type 1 diabetes. I was very impressed as two days later I received a thank you card . I was impressed.
It used to be quite hard to get an appointment and waiting rooms used to extend for well over an hour but after a year Ive realised there has been improvements and realised that they have fixed there problems. Very good, friendly staff. Cant doubt them.
Friendly and very well organised
Can never get through to them, if and when you do, you are told you'll have to wait months to see the doctor. Poor scheme recently put in place which has made getting appointments even harder
