Took in my daughters Iphone after I had attempted to change the battery, resulting in phone not working. As you could imagine I had a distraught daughter and I felt so guilty. Long story short, they had it for an hour and fixed it, cue one relieved dad and one ecstatic daughter. I was fully expecting to have to pay 60 or 70, but they just charged a nominal fee.
I called the geeks on my mobile, to ask if they can repair my cracked screen, came here with a cracked iPhone screen, and came out with....1, cracked screen2, phone speaker not working, so now I have to use loud speaker!3, Finger print ID not working.4, face time camera ( selfie ) not working.Tried to blame phone was running hot that caused all these problems, so I had Apple do a diagnostics, phone was not running hot, so it was just waffle to get rid of me, because the so called engineer, broke it opening it up.Micky mouse outfit, incompetent staff, would never go here again, and certainly wouldnt recommend them, if you do go, I would suggest you, prove everything works, in front of them.Sadly, this has now cost me a lot of money, they didnt even offer their liability insurance, so I could claim, just lies to fob me off, so I have had to buy a brand new phone, thanks to these inept staff.Avoid at all cost, you have been warned!
I called in with my IPad which had a huge storage problem, available memory was on zero. I was given excellent advice on how to sort it. I now have 8Gb to use and IPad is running like new. Thanks guys!
