Excellent service sokind and understanding even when I forgot things they sorted everything out. Couldn't wish for better I'd give more stars if I could.
My mum sadly passed away , I randomly picked Jackson and starling for mums funeral , The service we had from them was fantastic these people are wonderful they have compassion and empathy , nothing was too much for them , john looked after us from day one and even opened the parlour on Mother's Day ( though they are officially closed) so my family could have one last Mother's Day goodbye with mum , john told us to take as long as we wanted he was willing to stay for however long we needed . This man is a credit to jacksons and starlings as is the rest of the staff , if you find yourself sadly looking for funeral directors in north Waltham then you can't do better than j and s , we as a family appreciated their advice and guidance as ,as we found out through this sad time there is a lot to do/arrange when you loose a loved one , A*** jacksons and starlings , many thanks for supporting us through our sad time .
