Sadly this lovely holiday lodge park is in receivership present. All the lodges are however privately owned and of a very high quality and some remain available for holiday lettings and well worth staying at. Just be aware that the park facilities such as the restaurant, gym spa and pool are closed but staff are still on site. Only 5 minutes from Mundesley beach and 10 minutes from Cromer. 5 stars once the facilities are up and running again.
They have gone into administration and the ex owners have defrauded 100s of decent hard working people
Fiancee booked us a family getaway to see the new year in. She had book 2 lodges with hot tubs (2 weeks ago had an email saying hot tubs was out of order apparently failed an audit was the reason for this). So anyway on arrival we went to reception to pick up our keys only to find out that our lodges wasn't next door to each other so this was also a let down. However the lodges are absolutely beautiful and one more thing no Wi-Fi
Positives- the lodge was clean and spacious with ample room for us and the dog. Negatives- this is NOT a family friendly holiday park. What it is, is a residential park where you rent a lodge. Quite different. There is no playground or ball games allowed for the kids on site. There is a swimming pool, this was shut for half the time we were there and staff didnt provide any local information or indeed information on the swimming pool situation. Staff were not professional in that they appeared to not care about your stay. Would not recommend.
Lodges were clean,tidy and spacious. Public swimming pool which is outdoor is nice and relaxing when weather is good. The on site restaurant is quite expensive - 10 for hot dog! Hot tub with lodge very relaxing but had issue with cleaning and topping water level up. We had to report it 3 times before maintenance came for service. Overall though good holiday and would consider staying again at Dream Lodges
