Used a few times over last couple of years but after my experience last two times I won't be going back. Last time I ordered 4 tyres and booked a slot but when I took my vehicle in they'd 'accidentally' sold one of my tyres so I had to go back and wait once again the next day. Today, I had my car booked in again and on arrival at my allocated time was told they were "just finishing off another car". I hung around for 15 minutes then wandered into the tyre bay to find 4 staff joking and laughing about with the owner of this other car whom they clearly knew... I gave it another 15 minutes and they were still messing about so I left. If you value your time and don't appreciate standing around like a lemon in a grubby little waiting room then avoid.
Had an appointment booked here, waited half an hour past my appointment time with very little help from the staff who were more interested in talking to each other than assisting their customers. Very disappointed, left without new tyre being fitted, not the first time Ive been left disappointed here and will not be back.
